Use this store lawfully and avoid conduct that disrupts its content, security, availability, or other customers. We work to describe HydroJug goods accurately, while normal differences in displays, packaging, and production can occur.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance may depend on inventory, accurate customer details, payment authorization, pricing, taxes, risk review, and the delivery choices shown at checkout.

Delivery and post-purchase rights

Eligible defective and non-defective new goods may be returned, and exchanges are considered. A sound item must be new, unused, and in original condition. Request within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval before mailing, use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and pay no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund within 10 days; provider posting is separate. See the Refund Policy for all steps.
