Successful authorization is required before an order enters handling. Checkout identifies the transaction currency and payment methods available at that moment. Card icons in the footer are a merchant-directed display, not evidence that separate test charges were completed.

Authorization results

A bank or processor may approve, decline, review, or temporarily reserve funds. Billing discrepancies and security checks can influence the response. The issuer is best placed to explain its own hold, decline, conversion, or posting schedule.

Protecting details and receiving refunds

Do not send complete card credentials through a general support message. Use Contact Us for store assistance. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original method within 10 days; the provider controls the later posting time.
