Shipping Policy

Orders from this HydroJug storefront pass through preparation before the carrier receives them. The two timing stages are separate estimates, not a promise of arrival on a fixed date.

Order preparation

After payment authorization succeeds, normal handling takes 1–2 business days. Once the parcel leaves the store, expected carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends, applicable holidays, weather, and carrier conditions can affect the estimate.

Checkout address and tracking

Checkout displays the destination, available delivery service, and any charge that applies to the order. Customers should review the full address before submitting payment. A tracking reference is sent when the carrier releases it.

Delivery questions
