Refund Policy

Eligible new HydroJug merchandise may be returned by mail for a product problem or a non-defective reason. We also review exchange requests when replacement stock is available.

Eligibility and 30-day request period

Make the request within 30 calendar days after delivery. A changed preference or mistaken selection can qualify if the item remains new, unused, and in its original condition. Damage, defects, missing components, incorrect goods, and material listing differences may also be reported. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

Approval comes before shipment

Email ubevamesidap33@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and explanation. Keep packaging and components, and provide photos or video for an item problem. Wait for approval and the correct return address; the General correspondence address is not automatically the return facility.

Included label, exchange, and refund

A free prepaid return label is packed with the original order. Use it only after approval, and ask us for help if it is absent or lost. We charge no restocking fee. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Bank posting may require additional time.
